Partner With Us
By collaborating with us, local partner organisations can achieve increased awareness, engagement, and meaningful improvements in community well-being. A measure of our success will be the creation of long-term partnerships that continue to flourish, ensuring sustained growth and collective progress over time. Our long-term vision for Great Place to Grow Up is to work together with partners in the areas of greatest need, building sustainable solutions that give children, young people, and families in Letchworth the best possible start in life and ensure opportunities for all.

COLLABORATION: Strategy Leads across our focus areas
As part of our benefits, initiatives will have the opportunity to have a strategic lead to advise, support and collaborate with, based on their specialist knowledge and experience. Our leads will co-design innovative solutions, maximise collective impact, and support Letchworth’s youth and families.
NETWORKING EVENTS & TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Informal networking with discussions paired with short presentations from partners or guest speakers. Plus opportunities to be featured in our community initiatives, events and campaigns.

Access To Local Data
The Great Place to Grow Up initiative is strongly evidence based, and responds directly to prevailing needs. Data sharing was one of the pledges which we committed to, during the policy writing phase in 2024 and can now share our public facing Local Insight Tool. This platform is free to use, shared across councils, charities and foundations and no log in required.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT & VISIBILITY
Our commitment to engagement and visibility across our public-facing and corporate websites is our priority for 2026. As part of this visibility, we have brand exchange guidelines to ensure that partners get fair representation with content that best reflects their ethos and initiative in action.

- GP2GU Newsletter campaign that fits into spotlight-themed newsletters
- Hashtag #GP2GULetchworth and tagging our social media account across multiple social media platforms
- Case study videos and content of partners

PLEDGES OF PARTNERSHIP
- Be a registered not-for-profit or community organisation
- Actively provide services or activities in Letchworth that align with the partnership’s goals for children, young people, and families

- Commit your expertise to collectively own the GP2GU initiative
- Take an evidence-based approach to your work
- Pledge to use GP2GU brand assets in your work where possible
