Everyone Active are bringing a fitness challenge, and information on how to get fitter to Leys Square on Saturday 6th June.
Come along to have a go on their ‘spin-themed’ activity. Intrigued? Then visit Leys Square, where you can also find out about the wide range of sports and fitness activities that you can take part in at North Herts Leisure Centre, and Letchworth Outdoor Pool.
Look out for the free classes at the Leisure Centre during June. And the special ‘solstice swim’ sessions at Letchworth Outdoor Pool for those that want a refreshing start to their day in mid June!
